Ingredients
5 to 6 cups all purpose flour
2 packets quick rise yeast
2 tablespoonful sugar
2 tablespoonful sugar
1teaspoonful salt
1&1/2 cup milk
1cup water
2 tablespoonful butter
Procedure
In a large bowl mix
2c all purpose flour,sugar,salt and yeast
In a sauce pan heat milk,water and butter.
Bring to boil-about 120 C, Let it cool
To Luke warm mix into above mixture in medium speed for 2 min
Slowly add remaining flour @ med speed scraping the side of bowl
Once mixed well kneed for 8-10 min
Cove it leave for 10 min-it will rise
Divide into 2 equal parts-roll and pinch
Seams-place in greased pans with seam facing down cover with saran
And leave for 45 min
Dough should double in size
Pre heat @400 for 15 min
Bake @ 400 for 30 min
